Day two following the sparkpeople plan, and I am feeling really good!! I also tried a pilates class today at the gym.....whoa, I had forgotten how tough those are! Only problem I'm having is that I can't seem to sleep at night?? I was drinking coffee at breakfast, so today I cut that out, and we'll see how it goes. Last night I felt really jittery? Weird. I'm not eating anything unusual, just more variety, and smaller portions? Maybe the fat is protesting being kicked off my body, lol!!

could be so many things, causing you to feel dis-ease. I noticed though, that during the first few days of my diet, I had the same restless feeling and lack of sleep. Maybe it's your body crashing down from the "high" it's been on with sugars, carbs, etc?? Sort of like going thru detox, you know??

Sounds like you're making good progress! Hopefully the restlessness goes away as your body adjusts. I experienced these periods of extreme and sudden fatigue, a kind of 'crash,' each night around 8 pm when I first started the diet. I assume it was somehow a reaction to a lack of carbs and an increase in my exercise. Not sure, but it eventually stopped.
