Ok, after a weekend of kind of low fat eating I feel like crap. I've gained 5 pounds and had headaches which I haven't had since I was on Atkins. I am drained, lethargic, tired. Ok, got an stationary bike and gonna look up some recipes for Atkins diets. My hubby said he'd eat them if I made them. So I won't have to make a seperate dinner for myself which was the problem. Burgers morning noon and night just cause I didn't want to "cook" something special for myself. I really think this is the right diet for me. It worked when I stuck to it. Most of all I felt mentally and physically better. Do or die this time. :) Happy monday ya'll.
