My Tush hurts! The 200 squat challenge is a Challenge.
On the other hand I love the fact that my body responds immediately to exercise.
And what a beautiful day outside!!! Definitely feels like spring is in the air. For those of you that think I'm "nuts" about these days have to understand that living in FL you get Hot, Hotter & GIVE ME SNOW PLEASE! days. So for the few that remind me of brisk fall and spring days I have to enjoy every moment because they aren't around long. So forgive me or better yet enjoy them with me.
Other than that diet is going well. Weigh in isn't till Sunday, so we'll see.

I am enjoying the weather right along with you, and I think I may try to do a couple squats myself!!! Good luck on Sunday, I weigh in on Saturday...would love to see at least one pound down, but am secretly wishing for 2 or 3 ;-)
