Today was my first day of keto, and I decided to make an omelet for dinner and an egg casserole of the same to portion out for other meals. my family was going to have hamburger helper, because they are picky and set in their ways. I got the kids to try it and my husband and they actually liked it. so I lost my pre-made meals but the family ate healthier, it was full of broccoli, spinach, cheddar cheese and sausage. Next time I'll have to plan to make a double batch lol.
