Today I realized that my wedding dress should be arriving in April. That gives me approximately four months to get to where I would like to be. UGH!! Once I have that fitting I want to remain at the same weight. The clock is ticking loudly now and I have to respond before it runs out. Not to mention the fact that I will have to maintain my weight from April until July. Gulp!

I have faith you will do this! Can you drop some carbs too many even if they are healthy can keep you from burning fat. Good luck!

Four months is a reasonable goal. And congrats on the wedding! Springtime is a time of blooming and new beginnings.
