its been a few days, but im losing my hunger, and feel so far so good. not sure how much it the right amount to lose per week but do think low carb is for me. reading some of the others journal helps, some dont have to do with dieting, but i know i am not the only one having a hard time. i think fatsecret is a place for me, so glad this was on my phone, or i would not have had the courage to help myself. thank you
