So traveling back home today from Illinois and having to test myself on the road with KETO eating. only decent place to stop along the way was a steakhouse. I honestly was not interested in the rolls watch my hubby indulge and enjoy them..LOL and the meal was big enough still could eat 4 more meals from the steak. the only size they had was 14 oz UGH!but I didn't cheat or even have the desire too! HIGH FIVE!! sooo trying to figure out how to get the minimum calories in i am stuffed and am way under calories yet all over the place with MACROS! not too bad for doing a menu all on my own ..all in training! on to day 2!!!
