Friday!!!!!!!! This morning I decided to try on my size 10 pants that have been sitting in the drawer for a year. I am not quite sure if I would say that they fit. I could zip them, they weren't digging into my belly, but they looked tight to me. I like my pants to fit loosely, but I don't think those pants ever fit loose even when I was thinner.

Tomorrow I get on the scale and I'm worried. Not because I overindulged this week because I didn't. Well, I did eat an 80% cocoao chocolate bar over a period of three days, but it is basically sugar free. I did my arm routine T,W,F. I did bootcamp Tuesday, Barbell strong Wednesday, A horrific treadmill class on Thursday and I may go to Crossfit tonight or do a tape at home. I am recanting this information in order to calm my nerves about the scale (I think). I am ready to set a new weight loss goal, but I WILL NOT do that until I break free of 170!! Yesterday one of the girls that I work out with commented that my butt is so much smaller. I think I cried a little.

Looking forward to next week because it will be time to take a comparison picture of my arms. Really hoping to see the difference between my November 6th picture and my January 5th picture. Something to look forward to...Yay!!!
