January 3, 2018 Happy day for blood sugar, 86. This was on half a glypizide so good~ I was a little hungry last night as I occasionally have a blood sugar dip about 3 or 4 a.m., but not bad. Weight was down to 182.6. Just not eating heavy bread or salty ham really helps. Consciously cutting down on calories means less bulk in the belly, too. Ate an apple for the fiber. It is high in sugar but the fairly benign sort.
