What is going on?! I know I said I 'd be okay with gaining a little since I was working out and could say (to myself) Muscle weighs more than fat but I LIED! Did 1 1/2 miles "Fat Burn" on the treadmill. Did 30 wall push-ups and two sets of arm weights.
