Happy Tuesday FS!
The weather fronts coming through with rain have caused a nasty headache for days. Sunlight, lights and computer screens...ugh. Today seems better. Anyway, slacked a bit on the exercise but still tried to work some in.
I guess I'm in a blue funk. Discouraged. The weight hasn't dropped. I guess staying the same isn't bad but it is motivating to see a downward spiral on the scale. Maybe I won't get on the scale for awhile.
