Here I go again. Had a great day yesterday (actually probably didn't get enough calories), just noticed that coming downstairs my knees didn't hurt, and noticed that my pants are looser AND am feeling FAT. I think it's the devil in my brain that wants me to fail. I won't let him beat me. It's around this time in previous attempts to lose weight that I quit for some reason and this time that's not going to happen. I want to enjoy life more, so will keep at this until my goal is met.
