Hi everyone,
1 day of fasting done and I think I did pretty good with it. I just need to try not to go overboard. I get so focused on the rules I set up that if one thing goes wrong, I get derailed. I wanted to fast from 4pm to 8am (16 hours) but I ate an egg at 5:30am b/c I needed to work out and I didn't think I could make it through the workout without something to eat.

So I will just be happy that from 4 - 10 I didn't drink any soda or binge eat. I ate my dinner at 3pm and I didn't even get hungry until 9:30pm. I was hungry all night and I didn't sleep well b/c of it but I think I am so used to binge eating at night that my body is just complaining. It will get used to it.

I ate breakfast at 9 and I will eat dinner at 3, like yesterday.

Do any of you Fast? I would be interested in hearing your thoughts!
