Well it's been a little while since I was on, there was not much to report. I had to give up exercise for a while - due to wrist surgery so there went 6 weeks, then my youngest started his baseball season (last one forever...sniff...sniff) and so I wasn't getting home until late. So with that said, the only thing to report is I didn't gain any weight back and I didn't lose any inches - so I guess that's sorta good news. Saturday I started back up again on the exercise part - really didn't stop my eating habits too much.
