First public journal entry. Bought a container of Ketostix from Walgreens yesterday to measure my ketosis state, got a light tan "trace ketosis" color, hope to get a dark maroon "deep ketosis" marker soon enough. Also ordered some exogenous ketones off Amazon to experiment with, supposed to shortcut the process to entering ketosis when combined with an actual keto diet. Definitely reanalyzing my diet in order to sustain good macro ratios as I've noticed certain days I allow in a higher ratio of proteins than allowed for ketosis.
