Yesterday after my walking I decided to get out my Winsor Pilates DVD's and start doing them. I believe I read somewhere that don't do Pilates until you are 10 lbs away from your goal. Has anyone heard of that or something different? If so, let me know. Anyway, I woke up this morning and my whole body is SORE! My husband watched me do them yesterday and he said that he is going to try it because it looked like it was really stretching the muscles, lengthening them and controlled. He said it looked hard. It was! I plan on doing this DVD every other day. Got to research it more. Does anyone know anything about Pilates? I will ask in the Posts. There for a couple of day last week I was on a chocolate trip. I was eating my chocolate squares for sure, where normally I forget. (I have 2 squares a day, midmorning and midafternoon) My husband tried it and said it was nasty, not as sweet. Well, it is more cocoa, 72%. I have acquired a taste for it now. I believe all the chocolate craving is my monthly coming. This week. So, my loss will probably be none or .2 again. I'm fine with it. I just want my clothes to keep getting looser. I don't want to become obsessed with the scales.
