ugghh, I hate myself already, have gone over what I should have by this point in the day. So, 1 of 2 things will happen.., I won't be hungry and therefore won't get stupid tonight with dinner, OR, I may and that may cause me to go over my RDI for the day.., and I had been doing so good to leaving extra calories at the end of the night., well, I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed and try and stay focused. If I eat, I eat., so be it. Will just re-start fresh again tomorrow at that point.
