it is awesomely simple:
10 oz canned chicken - drained and broken up
1/4 cup grated parmesan
2 eggs
mix all ingredients together until it combines into a dough type consistency.
cover a tray with parchment paper just smaller than the crust you are making
broil until the top begins to brown (@ 15 - 20 min)
watch closely as it will shrink as it dries which puts the parchment paper at risk of burning or catching on fire

That's super cool. How do you make a chick crust?

I will say:. Be willing to spend a couple extra carbs on sauce because the crust can get kind of dry but I do like a saucy pizza!

It does seem to hold up like the regular bread crusts. I found a chicken crust pizza at a Baker's the other day.... It still had 8 nc per serving though and the price was sky high. An 8 oz pizza was 6.79 and it was still 6 servings. It was smaller than the old Totinos pizzas!
