woooo Happy Wednesday!!! I am a bit tired today, work was later than normal b/c well nothing is EVER normal in the store and it kept us there til 11:30..(yawn) and I questioned it before but... Skecher Shape-ups.. work!! My legs and booty are SOOO tired feeling after wearing them the past few days none stop.. I feel it all upand down and my thunder thighs are shrinking b/c all my pants are loose in the leg area (YES!) so.. awesome! I acquired a workout buddy like I said before and again every evening I'm not working we're working out (i may not be able to keep this up b/c I need SOMETIME to rest and relax.. but then again..w orking out is good for me) I am still teh same weight.. but it's fine.. I'm shifting elsewhere. I'm contemplating getting the shake weight, I have heard from several of y'all it works and we have it at Walgreens.. so mmmmaybe. I want some Angela Bassett arms. =)

Stacy, all the exercising you have added is probably what has caused the delay in weight loss. Once you stick with it the weight will come off. Don't forget, muscle weighs more than fat. It'll come off soon.

I have the shake weight but haven't really used it regularly yet. I have been interested in getting some shape ups though. After reading your testimonial...I may just have to do it.
