When the scale doesnt move the tape measure tells the truth! I would keep on what your doing, exercise more maybe.

Sounds like a NSV(Non Scale Victory) to me...

Non scale indicators are way more important than the number on the scale.

I agree with maxie and Patty, Clothes don't lie. You may be building some muscle and it does weigh more than fat. I am seeing the same thing happening. I also agree with Patty about the weight training. I see the biggest body changes now with weight training. Not as worried about the scale.

I went through the same thing when I was building muscle and dropping fat. After about a week the weight started dropping too. NSV for sure!

I agree with 8Patty. My wife seems to lose inches before pounds. Even if the scale is not saying what you want it to say, to fit in those old jeans or the dress that you've been dying to wear but was too small months ago can be more rewarding than the numbers on the scale.
Sometimes, you can look better than what your actually weight is just by looking good from shed inches.

I have been discouraged about this for days. My weight hasn't budged in about 10 days. I had a monthly goal to meet and I missed it by 8 freaking pounds. That is a lot of extra to loose to be able to meet next months goal. Today I wore a pair of pants that have been fitting well for a couple weeks and they sagged. So maybe we need to occasionally focus less on the scale and more on actual inches loss. A loss is a loss right? I lost inches and I will take it. :)

Maxie you made me laugh out loud!😁 Thank you everyone! My measurements haven’t gone down much since the beginning of the month so I wasn’t feeling very positive but my pants are definitely bigger so something must be happening. I’ll keep on keeping on...slow and steady.

Always good to change things up. I’m thinking about about opening a cat cafe. Lack of cats and cafe location a slight deterrent. Also don’t know how to make espresso. I have the fire though.

I've been focusing on the improved clothing fit as well..even tho the scale losses have slowed...and having confidence to know that if I keep having positive days...the scale will follow in the long term...there is no doubt about it.
