I had a really rough couple of weeks, foodwise. I struggle with food addiction (among other things!) and it was in full swing. Today I am SO ready to begin again! I'm also starting an all natural cleanse. And cutting out red meat. I am eating only fish, chicken, green veggies, and cheese. I say this 'out loud' because I need to be accountable and stick to it. One problem I see on this site is that when you are doing really well, you get TONS of support, which is great, but if you are struggling, sometimes it gets REALLY quiet. I like to stay really positive, but sometimes I need your help! So I'm askin' for it! :-)
