So I'm not doing an "official" weigh in for me (I do that and record on Mondays most of the time) because I generally don't count it as a pound lost until I've weighed the same for at least 3 days in a row. However, I was ecstatic when my scale went down another pound today to 147! The only thing I can honestly say I've changed this week is I have made sure to get my apple cider vinegar & honey choked down every day, twice a day for the past week. I didn't think it was doing any good until I skipped a few days and my weight fluctuated up, then it has steadily gone back down since I've been diligent about taking it every day. On the mornings I don't have time to mix it with honey (when I have to drag my rump out of bed at 5:15 for work and snooze til 5:30), I simply take a tablespoon of it straight. I just have to make sure and have my water handy to kill the taste faster. But I mix it with honey before bed to make it a bit more palatable. Probably better that way anyway since the honey has 60 calories in it. Just excited that the scale is moving down again!

I also drink apple cider vinegar twice a day especially before bed because I don't wake up hungry. It really does curves the appetite

Make sure you get the raw, unfiltered kind with "the mother" in it for the best benefits. I've been using Bragg's. Dr Bragg wrote a book centered around his ACV philosophy.

I have some Murph and you can have it...I use it in cooking but no drinking it ...LSG417 I'm thrilled about your loss and yes the 3 day weight to be considered a loss I think is similar to how I feel..as for the vinegar ..thanks for the info and I will pass it on to others;)

I would be interested in the real science behind the vinegar thing if anyone knows. I will do a medical literature search and see what I come up with. I would be happy to pass what I learn along if anyone would like to know.

I forgot to say, don’t drink it straight. It can erode the enamel on your teeth, cause esophageal ulcers, and damage the lining of you stomach. Use it as a salad dressing or dilute with plenty of water.
