I'm down 14 or so pounds since Christmas. Sounds good but I've no plan going forward. Funny that all is going well and I'm feeling like I cannot keep this up forever. 10,000 plus steps for 19 of the last 20 days. I need a lifestyle change to make this work long term not a campaign or end point.
