Hi FS Buddies, Slowly making my way back to my goal of 299. Then I will be on my way again! I really think it's key to eat my calories in an 8 hour window and not eat after 4 pm. It's hard to do - I was hungry again last night and was eating a few Macadamia nuts. But being hungry is expected and I should remember that when I am hungry I am losing weight, right?
