One of my goals for the year is to be able to do 20 regular pushups and I'm making some progress toward that goal. I was actually able to do quite a few regular pushups yesterday and even did a few triceps pushups with decent form. I can tell I'm making some progress and pushing myself more because I could not do the triceps pushups at all before. I still have a ways to go and want to perfect my form, but I feel good about the progress I've made so far. The warmer weather is coming soon, so I'm looking forward to going for some walks and runs too. I can't wait for Spring to finally get here!
