lost more weight... down from 168. I don't mind 160 that I am at now but of I go any lower I am going to be concerned. I have been in the climbing gym 3x a week lately. I am on here to eat more and motivate myself to maintain a healthy diet. The meal reminders on FS have helpded. Any other rock Climbers on here???
