This time change is killing me. I am so tired and have zero energy today. I pushed through 30 minutes on the elliptical and I want to go back to bed. I thought eating this way was supposed to give me more energy 😞 it’s been over 2 months and I’ve lost 18lbs but haven’t had any energy.
I hope everyone has a good Tuesday with more energy than I have haha!

A calorie deficit and not enough sleep will really drain the energy bank Momma...if I'm in an extended calorie deficit I need to workout in the morning or not much oomph left later in the day...hope your energy comes back and is mainly from converted fat...:)

@momma6224 I have started using magnesium oil before bed and it has helped my sleep tremendously. I ordered it off Amazon. It comes in a spray bottle and I spray about 3 squirts across my chest each night and rub it in. It's not really an oil. It has the feel of water. I've noticed that my skin where I use it is much softer too, and I use moisturizer every day.
