I can't resist St Paddy's day Corned Beef with all the trimmings (but did stay away from the green beer). Put on a couple of Lb's. I will work that off before my Wednesday Class weigh in (I hope).
I did another race to robie training walk. 3.5 mile, 500' elevation up and back. Shaved a couple of minutes off the time.
