It's been a busy week, and I've had a hard time getting to bed before 1. I think a lot of that is that Greg is gone, so I don't want to go to bed alone!
I've been eating mostly well this week, brown rice, veggies, yogurt. Tonight is my splurge with apple crisp at knitting group!
The Chalean Extreme is going well this is the end of week 1. It's 3 weight lifiting days and 2 cardio days. I am definitely not as strong as I thought, so I"m so glad I added weights into my work outs! Yesterday was a workout intense day with Zumba, a 20 minutes on the treadmill, a 30 minute (slow) dog walk and 20 minutes Chalean Extreme cardio. I saw a friend at Zumba that I haven't seen in a couple months and she said she could tell I lost some weight. I don't think it's the weight, but maybe that my body is losing inches and changing shape. That made me feel good!
I have my knitting group tonight and then tomorrow I'm going to visit my parents and family for Father's Day. I have one of my Chalean Extreme workouts while I'm there, so I'll probably take the bands and use that instead of free weights. Maybe my mom will be able to do that with me.
Anyway, so with being gone this weekend it will be 2 full weeks without seeing Greg. I miss just the normal catch up at the end of the day and compainionship while watching tv or reading. Glad it's not 7 months this year and is only 2!
