Well my back injury continues to inhabit all my waking hours. I am trying to maintain a walking regiment of at least 2 miles each morning, but every step is still pretty much a jaw clencher.
I am back up to my heaviest wieght and got some pretty shocking news last Friday. I have always had really low Cholesterol. In fact in my late twentys I was told it was too low! 130! Well those days have gone the way of the buffalo with entry into Menopause. Last year my number was 159 and this year it is 225! I was mortified! So if anyone ever had a wake up call to get back on a better eating program it was me this week. On the upside, my good Cholesterol is VERY good. 85
I need to get this number DOWN!
