Hi everyone, I'm new to this app and thus far I should keep me day job, hehe. I mainly try to eat a raw/whole foods/plant based diet. Currently I'm interested in a temp veganlike ketosis , I'm googleing it but if anyone has any experience I'd love to hear your thoughts on the subject. My diary is a work in progress, as I stated earlier I'm new to this so I keep changing things as I learn new information. My goal is to lose the 20 pounds I put on over the last 18 months.
