We had our Easter Celebration yesterday... prepped myself ALL day so I could pig out (surprisingly I didn’t, I stopped at my 1 plate and even struggled to eat dessert). I probably easily took in close to 1000 calories for that meal... creamy mashed potatoes with sour cream in them, brown sugar and honey baked ham, a roll, deviled eggs, broccoli with butter added in it, then last a low calorie dessert I made. It wasn’t even so much that my portions were out of control-because they wernt, I filled up a smaller paper plate and hardly any of my food was touching, most of my calories came from all the added stuff that was put into making the foods-full fat milk, butter, sour cream, sugar, etc. I even brought my own fat free mayo for deviled eggs.

Exercised A LOT yesterday, more than I normally do. Came home sore and tired and dug into the kids’ candy. Had a few Chocolate peanut butter eggs 🤤 (seriously my favorite) and totally worth it, I haven’t had peanut butter in SO LONG!

All in all I didn’t gain anything and I even dropped half a pound. Was a great, beautiful day spent with all the people I love!
