I am feeling down about this journey. I know the thing I need to do I just have a hard time doing them alone. I want to be under 200 I am almost there and need to get on track!!!!

YOU CAN doooo this...hang in there friend!! It will happen..seems it took me a long time to break the "under 200" mark..stay strong and keep rolling, WE CAN do this!! ((hugs)) now pull up and lets do this together..you are not alone!

You had a beautiful baby last May. And you're down an incredible 28 pounds since a weigh-in last September....that's fantastic! Lots and lots of people would "kill" to have lost nearly 30 pounds since September! Just take it all one day at a time, one meal at a time, one choice at a time and you'll be in Onederland before too long. Remember...you can't get to Onederland without first getting to 207, then 206, etc. Celebrate each and every pound you drop....it CAN be done!
