Awesome Plate !!!! Brisket looks done to perfection. Can see smoke ring and all. Very cool. Mouth is watering right now. I am reaching for my bib as to not drip sauce on myself (haha)....

I've been watching the prices of even cheap cuts because.... I want to grind up my own meat. This looks very good and my hubby would eat this with poblano/aneheim peppers.
