ok, first day went well, I actually did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I planned my meals for today, had my yummy liquid vitamines and just finished morning coffee, I will have my breafast soon grain free granola and a cup of almond coconut milk. I never really put my thought in public, but I think this is what I need to reach my goal. Seeing other people here going doing the same and have the support just make me accountable.
