Well, I kinda fell off the wagon. I'm sorry, but I really like my carbs. Especially bread and sweet stuff. But I'm back and I'm going to try better. I figure I won't be as strict with it, I'll do one meal or snack a day from Phase 2 and see if that helps any.
I got some Walk Away the Pounds dvds, and I've started doing them as of yesterday. I managed to do it twice yesterday but only once today, so I'm at 3 miles so far. It kind of makes my hips hurt a little, and the outsides of my calves/shins. Not sure why. But I figure I'll start doing heel stretches and stuff for my calves, and I'll figure something out for my hips.
