I Wonder how many people are like me and don't initially realize the journal is for public reading. When I first found out that people could see what I wrote I was remarkably embarrassed since I am an extremely private person. However the encouragement I received was absolutely amazing and so appreciated. You guys are all great and best wishes in all you do.

Yeah. When I realized, I turned off sharing for less than a day, when I turned it back on so I could participate in even my limited way in this amazing community of support and encouragement, all of us going through health journeys.
I still haven’t figured out how to change my icon. At least as a vegetarian I have eaten veggie tacos, even if not with any frequency.

Even though your journal entries are public you still have as much anonymity as you want. It’s up to you how much of your private information you share in your bio so the FS community only knows what you want us to. I think it’s a wonderful place to share that you can feel safe in! I’ve always been so embarrassed by my weight but here its posted for all to see and I’m ok with that! Glad you’re here!! 😊😊😊
