Last week was difficult for me. Only swimming for exercise and then the stomach flu from Friday to Saturday and mysteriously back on Monday. I was late for the first time at the weight loss clinic and they wouldn't see me. She told me that they have a 5 minute grace period. Who the heck doesn't give 15 minutes grace. I switched clinics to one closer to my house. The rest of the week can only get better. Hope with me please.
