Not sure if I'll record a loss with tomorrow's weigh in, but it's been a good week! I FINALLY broke down and bought a food scale, it's very helpful so far! Also made it through July 4th activities without doing anything crazy, although it meant I ate a lot of hot dogs instead of other more carb-laden choices. The hardest part was when my hostess broke out the sundae fixin's and apple pie! But I had a spoonful of whipped cream and that satisfied me!
