Happy Saturday my Fat Secret Buddies!
On a personal note, this week past week has been tough but all is good. I am truly blessed and thankful. My son was in the hospital and I was by his side. He passed out and friends took him to the hospital and he was admitted because his EKG was abnormal. A lot of things were ruled out after the doctors reviewed various tests but we still don't know why he passed out. Let's pray it doesn't happen again.
Now it is time for me. I will record my fat weight today. After being on the cardiac floor of a hospital for a week, it is definitely time to reevaluate my eating. Before my son's incident, I was totally out of control eating. And don't know why. Time for me to kick it up a notch. I think I may have been discourage because I haven't had a significant loss for some time. But, I'm not sure. :)
