Hello, my name is Mario from Henderson,NV, i'm 5'8" and about 175, my goal is 160, Im in the military, so this should tell that I love to stay in shape...I just had knee surgery about 6wks ago, and i gain weight, I never thought i would ever have to go on a diet!, I been skinny all my life, but now that im in my late 40s, I seem to gain fat easy..I hate that. So now Im back at the gym, (So hard) well its going, not like before, but I cant run nor walk long ways. Not just cause the knee, I will b going thru another surgery to do a totaly hip replacement, I did say i was in the military, just recently gotback from Iraq, not my choice to come back early..thus hip replacement. Im hoping this site can help me loose and choose the right path...Im open to any sugestion, about diets to try. any ways thats my story...have a good day!
