I lost 100 pounds in 6 months two years ago, but have gained it all back. I am on a journey of "why". Why did I allow myself to gain it back? Why has it proven so hard to get started again? Why, even having lost 100 pounds before, do I tell myself that I can't do it? This is a mental battle, and one I intend to win.
