I recently turned 51 and have struggled with my weight since the 5th grade. Last year I lost 25 lbs. This year only 8, still trying. I don't exercise enough, and have a hard time getting motivated, I would like to loose about 70 more lbs. I work full time, I am married and my son is an adult now, need to find some time for myself.
