I currently feel overweight and very conscious of it. Most of my clothes cannot fit as I was usually 120-125 lbs.I believe when I'm stressed, I consume much more food , because I feel hungry very often. In combination with this I tend to have a late dinner, around 7 - 8 pm. After this obviously I do not do any exercise but just get myself ready to go to bed. So after dinner I'm in bed about 15 mins after. I have made a New Year's resolution to eat healthy, take my necessary vitamins, exercise and take care of myself more because I have a wonderful 9 year old son to look after and live for.
