I like healthy food and some sport activity. It started with cycling, but I think, it may go into transition to triathlon. The big dream is to do full Ironman at least once in my life.
Newbie to Paleo Diet - the one enhanced a bit to fit people who spend more time on sport activities. Something Joe Friel and Loren Cordain call "Modern Paleo Diet". Based mostly on healthy fats, veges, fruits and proteins while carbs from fruits more likely. Starch limited to "post-exercise" meals only. No any processed food.
40yo in a few months, but age is a number, isn't it? 58% of people who did Ironman in 2015 (USA) was 40 to 80+ aged. Ironman is 2.4mi swim, 112mi bike ride, 26mi run. All in one go. Seems like life is about to start now :)
