Just joined today 4/18/2021. I was on NOOM for the past three months, starting at 199.6#. Now, at 182.4*, 197.2# lighter, I'm on "FatSecret" as my maintenance program. I have reset my goal to 175.0#.
I'm a Family Interventionist/Writer, residing in a 100 yr. old train station converted into a cabin on 35 acres of Boreal forest in northern MN with a 1 Yr. old European Golden Retriever puppy, Baen Beven (Scot-Irish Gaelic for "Pale Young Warrior). Looking forward to continuing my journey.
