I am a 38 yr old mother of one beautiful baby girl who is 4 years old. I am 5 ft 4 inches and 197 lbs. My goal is to reach 170 lbs through healthy lifestyle changes. I believe that having PCOS makes it harder for me but not impossible. I will overcome this and reach my goal to be healthy with a healthy weight.
