I'm a 26 yr old wife and mother. I've been struggling with my weight for a few years now. This time it feels different. Like I can ACTUALLY accomplish it! I'm not doing a fad diet and trying to lose weight too fast. I'm doing it the right way! And I know I can do it this time!
Right now one of my biggest motivators is my upcoming wedding! Hubby and I are renewing our vows early next year! I didn't have a real wedding dress for our first wedding and this time I will! I want to look amazing! Other big motivators are my daughter, I want to set a good example for her. And my health, I don't want diabetes or a heart attack.
This time I will win the battle of the bulge! :)
