At 48 my life has gone through major changes, all very good. My daughter turned 18 and is fully recovered from major spine surgery and I met my life partner and very much in love and I lost 14lbs and feel better than I ever have in life both physically and mentally and started a new job with less stress and something I can leave behind every day. I need to continue down a healthy path in life, which isn't always easy. It's a day to day choice and I want to live for a long time to enjoy all that I have.
