Im am a 24 yr old girl from UK desp trying to loose weight for my wedding next year - i have already lost 31 lbs (over 2 stone!!) but have platued and at moment vary between 174-179lbs and need a kick up the bum.

I also have pcos which is causing thee problems with the weight & loosing it :( x
